I'm Josef, an apple farmer in Lana — I'm the third generation to take over my father's farm. When I started working on the farm, I had one question in my head: How do you make the apple cool again? On our farm grew an almost-forgotten red-fleshed apple called Baya Marisa, which tastes of rhubarb and blackcurrant — too special for an ordinary product. So we turned it into something no one had ever thought the apple capable of: a true 0.0% aperitivo that now stands on three international award stages.
