Ingredients:
Non-alcoholic prosecco – 100 ml
Raspberry syrup – 10 ml
Ginger beer – 100 ml
Sparkling Rocco – Spicy Honey
Garnish: mint
Preparation:
- Fill a wine glass with ice cubes to chill it.
- Pour in non-alcoholic prosecco (100 ml).
- Add raspberry syrup (10 ml).
- Top up with ginger beer (100 ml) and stir gently.
- Finish with Sparkling Rocco – Spicy Honey.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
