In your customer account, you can pause your next delivery, change the delivery interval, or end your recurring delivery yourself—quickly and easily.
Important information
- Please use the same email address you used to set up your recurring delivery.
- A cancellation can only be requested by the contract holder or an authorized person.
- Ending the subscription may also end existing subscription benefits and discounts.
- Orders that have already been initiated are not canceled automatically when the subscription ends.
- If you would like to cancel or withdraw an order that has already been initiated, please use our withdrawal form.
