Withdrawal form

You can withdraw from your contract within 14 days – without giving any reason. Use the form below to submit your withdrawal directly online: simply fill in the following fields and click "Confirm withdrawal" to submit your declaration with binding effect. We will then automatically send a confirmation of receipt, including the date and time, to the email address you provided.

Please note: For us to process your request, the email address and order number must match.

There is no right of withdrawal in the following cases:

• for perishable goods or goods whose expiry date would be reached within a short period.
• for sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection if the seal was removed after delivery.
