Standard shipping within Germany

o Delivery time: 1-3 business days (if available!)
o Cost: 6,90 € (free from an order value of 59 €)

Shipping tracking: After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

Shipping conditions

• Orders received before 1:00 PM will be shipped on the same day (only applies to business days).
• ATTENTION: IT WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF GERMANY, AUSTRIA, OR ITALY

Packaging and Breakage Protection: Our Sparkling Rocco glass bottles are carefully packaged to be optimally protected during transport. Should a bottle still arrive damaged, please follow the instructions in the following section. 

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you receive a damaged delivery, we offer you simple and straightforward return options.

Return Conditions

• Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• The item must be completely sealed and in its original condition with all labels and packaging.
• For damaged items, please notify us immediately and attach a photo of the damage.

How to initiate a return:

1. Submit a return request: Contact our customer service at hello@sparklingrocco.com, to submit a return request.
2. Return label: You will receive a return label via email. Print it out and attach it to the package.
3. Send the return: Take the package to your nearest post office or parcel shop.

Return shipping costs:

• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service in this case and include a photo of the damage.

Refund: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the original payment method.

Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item according to the return procedures described above.
