An alcohol-free apple aperitivo from South Tyrol. Made with 100% directly pressed juice from red-fleshed apples and brought to life with fine bubbles. Its crisp acidity and delicate notes of rhubarb, currant and pineapple make our Sparkling Rocco - Classic the perfect companion. As a refreshing aperitivo or as a base for mocktails.

HOW WE REIMAGINED THE APPLE

I’m Josef. I grew up in Lana, South Tyrol, on a farm that has been growing apples for three generations. Here, you learn early on that a good apple needs time, good soil and someone who listens to it. A rare red-fleshed variety has been growing on our farm for years: little known, unusual in taste and intensely fruity. Rhubarb, currant, a lively acidity. Flavours you don’t add, because they are already there. At some point, I stopped simply harvesting these apples. And started truly understanding them. The result is Sparkling Rocco: 100% from fruit, without additives and alcohol-free. An aperitivo that gives this special apple a stage.
