INGREDIENTS:

  • Disaronno - 4CL
  • Cointreau - 2CL
  • Lime juice - 15ML
  • Sparkling Rocco

    EGG FOAM / INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. The egg white is shaken with ice in a shaker.
    2. Pour into an old-fashioned glass
    3. Slowly pour in Sparkling Rocco
    4. Garnish the Amarocco with dried oranges, mint and amaretti crumbles
    5. Try the elegant and slightly bitter AMAROCCO.
