- Disaronno - 4CL
- Cointreau - 2CL
- Lime juice - 15ML
- Sparkling Rocco
EGG FOAM/INSTRUCTIONS:
- The egg white is shaken with ice in a shaker.
- Pour into an old-fashioned glass
- Slowly top up with Sparkling Rocco
- Garnish the Amarocco with dried oranges, mint, and Amaretti crumbs
- Try the elegant and slightly bitter AMAROCCO.
