Rocco is a young apple aperitivo brand from South Tyrol, aiming to win over hospitality, retail and events across the DACH region and beyond. We stand for quality, character and a brand that brings people together.

We are looking for someone to bring purchasing, production and logistics together behind the scenes, ensuring our products are available at the right time, in the right quantity and quality.

Your mission:

You will make sure everything at Rocco runs smoothly before the bottle reaches the customer.

You will handle our purchasing, plan upcoming production runs with our manufacturing partners and keep track of delivery dates, stock levels and goods movements.

You will work closely with our suppliers, production partners and logistics providers, continuously improving our processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Purchasing and ordering raw materials, packaging and other materials
• Planning and coordinating our production processes
• Managing and coordinating with suppliers and production partners
• Coordinating external production processes and subcontracting
• Monitoring stock levels, delivery dates and product availability
• Coordinating warehousing, transport and goods movements
• Maintaining our inventory management and ERP systems
• Monitoring and ensuring our quality requirements
• Identifying and resolving problems along the supply chain
• Optimising and developing our internal processes

What you bring:

• Experience in purchasing, supply chain, production, logistics or operations
• Organisational talent and a structured, reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of keeping track of different processes, suppliers and deadlines at the same time
• Independence and a sense of responsibility
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence with digital tools and ideally experience with ERP or inventory management systems
• Excellent German; good Italian and English are an advantage
• A hands-on approach and enthusiasm for helping build structures in a growing company
