We are a young beverage brand from South Tyrol, producing a non-alcoholic aperitif that combines indulgence, design and modern drinking culture.

Our goal: to successfully build the brand in the hospitality sector, in retail and in direct-to-consumer online sales.

That is why we are looking for someone to strategically develop our e-commerce and our digital channels.

Your mission:

You will take our non-alcoholic aperitif to the next level online!

You will manage our Shopify store, develop digital strategies and work closely with our fulfillment partner and our marketing agency.

In doing so, you will keep an eye not only on performance, but also on the brand and the customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing & developing our Shopify store
• Coordinating with fulfillment partners and warehouses in Germany and Italy
• Planning & implementing our marketing campaigns together with the agency and team
• Looking after our D2C customer communication
• Analysing & reporting on our e-commerce KPIs
• Owning & developing our entire online marketing strategy

What you bring:

• Experience in e-commerce, ideally with Shopify
• An understanding of online marketing, brand building and customer experience
• A structured and independent way of working
• An interest in the beverage/food industry
• A hands-on mentality – you put ideas into action right away!
• Very good German skills; good Italian and English skills are an advantage
