Every drop of Sparkling Rocco tells a story: from the sun-kissed apple orchards in Italy, through the careful harvest, to the freshly pressed direct juice.

Whether on our own land or at carefully selected partner farms: we are personally on-site, accompanying every step with attention and passion, ensuring that our high standards are consistently upheld.

With regular quality checks and a close, trust-based collaboration with our producers, we preserve what matters to us: uncompromising care from tree to glass – and the quality that Sparkling Rocco stands for.

Red-fleshed apples – the heart of our products

Red-fleshed apples are defined by both their intensely red flesh and their unmistakable taste. These characteristics form the foundation of our apple aperitif "Sparkling Rocco" and our other products. The crisp acidity and the subtle aromas of rhubarb, blackcurrant and pineapple make our Sparkling Rocco the top contender for a refreshing aperitivo.

Our production

Our family farm is located in Lana, South Tyrol and run by Josef in the third generation.
Across 8 hectares, alongside conventional varieties, our red-fleshed apples have been growing since 2013.

With experience and personal dedication, we accompany their journey from the first bud break to harvest, placing the greatest value on quality and careful production. Many steps are carried out by hand – because every single apple deserves our full attention.

Expansion & Future

Investments

To secure the growing demand in the coming years, we invest annually in new apple installations, the renewal of existing ones and additional land. These measures ensure that our high quality standards can be maintained in the future.

Our partnerships with regional apple producers ensure that we always receive the finest fruits – fairly compensated, according to clear quality standards and with planning security for both sides.
