The Weinsepphof in Lana, South Tyrol, is a family-run agricultural business now in its third generation. Apples of various varieties grow here on an area of 5 hectares under optimal climatic conditions. In addition to Gala, Granny Smith, Braeburn and Golden Delicious, the first red-fleshed varieties have also been growing on our farm since around 2013

These red-fleshed apples are characterised by both their intense red flesh colour and their unmistakable taste. These characteristics form the basis for our "Sparkling Rocco" apple aperitivo. The crisp acidity and subtle flavours of rhubarb, redcurrant and pineapple make our Sparkling Rocco a top candidate for a refreshing aperitivo.
