Sparkling and bittersweet – Virgin BitterisBetter with Sparkling Rocco and hints of red Sanbitter.

The Virgin BitterisBetter is a refreshing cocktail made from red Sanbitter and Sparkling Rocco. The glass is filled one-third with red Sanbitter and then topped up with Sparkling Rocco. An orange peel is squeezed over the cocktail to release the essential oils and then added as a garnish. This imparts a pleasant bitterness with a hint of citrus aroma, making it an aromatic and refreshing delight.

Mix it yourself

INGREDIENTS:

  • Sparkling Rocco
  • Red Sanbitter
  • Orange Peel

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Fill one third of the glass with red Sanbitter.
  2. Fill the rest of the glass with Sparkling Rocco.
  3. Squeeze an orange peel over the cocktail.
  4. Place the squeezed peel into the cocktail.
