INGREDIENTS:
- Sotol Padre - 4CL
- Agave syrup - 2CL
- 1/2 lime
- Top up with Sparkling Rocco
- Garnish: Dried red apple
INSTRUCTIONS:
- The Roccol is prepared in an old-fashioned glass
- Put half a lime in the shaker
- Add 4cl of Sotol Padre
- Also add 2 cl agave syrup
- Shake for a few minutes
- Top up with Sparkling Rocco
- Garnish with dried red apple chips, dried lime and fresh mint
- Enjoy the rare, racy but fine ROCCOL!
