Ingredients:
Gin – 50 ml
Lemon juice – 35 ml
Wild berry syrup – 30 ml
Sparkling Rocco
Garnish:
Fresh mint, dried red apple
Preparation Wild berry syrup:
1.Combine berries, sugar, and water in a saucepan.
2.Bring to a boil, then mash with a potato masher and let it simmer for 2 minutes while stirring.
3.(Optional: For a smoother consistency, strain through a fine cloth and return to a clean saucepan.)
4.Allow to cool.
Preparation:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add gin, wild berry syrup, and lemon juice.
Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.
Top up with Sparkling Rocco and stir gently.
Garnish with mint and dried red apple.
