INGREDIENTS:

  • Bacardi gold - 3CL
  • Lime & Mint
  • Sparkling Rocco
  • Garnish: cane sugar, tarte flambée

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. The Roccito is prepared in a mason jar
    2. First, cut a whole lime into cubes and place them in the jar.
    3. Fresh mint leaves are also added.
    4. Gently crush the lime and mint with a muddler
    5. Crushed ice is added
    6. Pour 3 cl Bacardi gold into the glass
    7. Fill the rest of the glass with Rocco
    8. Press the ice and add plenty of cane sugar
    9. Now flambé the sugar and serve
    10. Enjoy the fresh, fruity and minty ROCCITO!
