The Roccito is a fruity and refreshing cocktail that combines Bacardi Gold with fresh lime, mint, and Sparkling Rocco. It is garnished with caramelized cane sugar, giving it a sweet and slightly caramelized note. Ideal for lovers of refreshing and aromatic drinks.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Bacardi gold - 3CL
  • Lime & Mint
  • Sparkling Rocco
  • Garnish: Cane sugar, Flambé

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. The Roccito is prepared in a mason jar
    2. First, cut a whole lime into cubes and place them into the mason jar.
    3. Fresh mint leaves are also added.
    4. Gently crush the lime and mint with a muddler
    5. Crushed ice is added
    6. Pour 3 cl of Bacardi gold into the glass
    7. Fill the rest of the glass with Rocco
    8. Pack the ice down and add plenty of cane sugar
    9. Now flambé the sugar and serve
    10. Enjoy the fresh, fruity, and minty ROCCITO!
