INGREDIENTS:
- Sparkling Rocco
- 7-OAKS Gin by Villa Laviosa
- Fresh raspberry puree
- Honey Mix
- Lime juice
INSTRUCTION:
- Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes to pre-chill it.
- Pour 4 cl 7-OAKS Gin by Villa Laviosa over the ice.
- Add 2 cl of fresh raspberry puree to the glass for a fruity note.
- Add 1 cl of honey mix to add a gentle sweetness.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lime over the mixture to add a fresh citrus note.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients and chill the ice cream.
- Fill the glass with Sparkling Rocco to give the cocktail a sparkling boost.
