Raspberry Breeze

Raspberry Breeze

INGREDIENTS:

  • Raspberry Vodka 60ml
  • Freshly squeezed lime juice 15ml
  • Fill up with Sparkling Rocco
  • Garnish: Spring mint, raspberry

How to prepare the Raspberry Vodka:

    • Raspberries - 500 g
    • White granulated sugar - 250 g
    • 1 vanilla pod
    • Vodka - 1L
    1. Put the raspberries, sugar, and vanilla into a jar.
    2. Pour the vodka into the jar.
    3. Close the lid, turn the jar upside down, and shake well to distribute the sugar evenly.
    4. Ensure the jar is sealed and store it in a cool, dark place, turning/shaking it once a day for the first week.
    5. After 2-3 weeks, you can strain the vodka through a sieve lined with coffee filter paper or a clean kitchen cloth.Pour the vodka back into mini bottles. The vodka retains its pink color for a few months but is drinkable for 2 years.

      FINAL INSTRUCTIONS:

      1. Fill a copper mug or a highball glass with ice cubes to chill it.
      2. Pour 60 ml of raspberry vodka over the ice.
      3. Squeeze the juice of half a lime (about 15 ml) into the mug or glass.
      4. Top up with 120-180 ml of Sparkling Rocco. You can add more Sparkling Rocco if you prefer a lighter cocktail, according to your taste.
      5. Stir the mixture gently to combine the ingredients.
      6. Traditionally, mules are served in copper mugs, which make the drink even colder and more appealing. However, if you don't have a copper mug, a highball glass works just as well.
      7. Enjoy your refreshing RASPBERRY BREEZE!
