INGREDIENTS:
- Campari - 30ml
- Vermouth - 30ml
- Top up with Sparkling Rocco
- Garnish: Dried red apple
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
- Add the Campari and the red vermouth.
- Use a long bar spoon to gently but continuously stir the mixture for about 20-30 seconds. Stirring cools and dilutes the cocktail without the need for vigorous shaking.
- Strain the stirred mixture into a chilled glass with a large ice cube. And top up with Sparkling Rocco.
