INGREDIENTS:
- Sparkling Rocco
- Herbal Tonic Water
- Gin
- Garnish: lemon zest
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes.
- Pour 5 cl of gin over the ice.
- Add 2 cl Herbal Tonic Water.
- Fill the glass with Sparkling Rocco.
- Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
- Squeeze a lemon peel over the glass to release the essential oils and garnish the cocktail.
