INGREDIENTS:
- Sparkling Rocco
- Bitter
- Vermouth
- Garnish: Orange peel
INSTRUCTION:
- Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
- Pour 4 cl of vermouth over the ice.
- Add 2 cl of bitters.
- Stir the ingredients gently to mix and cool.
- Pour the cocktail through a bar strainer into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Top up the rest with Sparkling Rocco.
- Squeeze the orange peel over the glass to release the essential oils, then garnish the cocktail with the orange peel.
